A breastfeeding drop-in, delivered by the NHS infant feeding team, for pregnant and breastfeeding families that will offer information and support around feeding.
Baby Cafes are free, drop-in, relaxed infant feeding support groups led by an NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor.
They are free and available to anyone caring for, or expecting a child, whether getting ready to breastfeed, establishing breastfeeding, continuing breastfeeding, expressing, mixed feeding, formula feeding, introducing solids, stopping breastfeeding and beyond.
Cambridge Breastfeeding Alliance is a charity providing free breastfeeding support in the Cambridge area.
At our group at Ross St Community Centre, you can get free face-to-face practical and emotional breastfeeding support from our accredited breastfeeding counsellors and IBCLCs.
Pre-booked appointments only, please allow time for parking (on-street parking)
The ARU Breastfeeding Support Hub is committed to supporting those who wish to feed their baby human milk. Running from our Cambridge campus, we offer free face-to-face lactation information, support and education to families in our local community.
Are you an expectant or new parent who wants to provide human milk for your baby – and would you like more information or support?
We welcome anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding* any age of child, from all backgrounds and cultures, whatever breastfeeding looks like for your family and whatever your family structure.
During a meeting, we invite everyone to introduce themselves and their little ones, we ask you what's going on with breastfeeding for you at the moment and we offer you the chance to voice any worries, joys or wonderings, then invite others to share any experiences that might be helpful for you to hear.
