Our free in-person groups provide support, information and encouragement for anyone who is breastfeeding.
They are led by our La Leche League (LLL) Leaders who are accredited breastfeeding counsellors.
We also run a zoom online group once a month. Our LLL Leaders can also provide breastfeeding support by phone, video call or online between meetings.
We have three or four meetings a month and some months we also do a zoom group meeting. Some we focus more on different stages of breastfeeding and other it's all ages. And you are welcome to come to any and all our meetings whatever age your baby is! At each meeting, we'll have snacks, time for socialing and a time where we chat together around topics and your questions. And of course you can get breastfeeding support from one of our Leaders.
