Our Chill & Chat groups are informal, free, stay and play sessions. They are designed to be a relaxed, non-judgmental space for you to meet other local parents and chat with our NCT Peer Supporters. 

Peers can offer information, support and a listening ear, however you are feeding your baby.

Baby Playtime is an informal, free, drop-in group; designed to be a relaxed, non-judgmental space for you to meet other local parents and chat with our trained NCT Peer Supporters and Child & Family Centre staff. Support is available for infant feeding and well-being.

This relaxed weekly group offers a welcoming space for parents and babies to connect, chat, and access doula support and infant feeding support.

Run by Jo & Sarah, the group includes:

  • Birth Preparation Support
  • Professional breastfeeding support
  • Infant feeding support
  • Non-judgemental chat and reassurance
  • Community connection

Suggested donation: £3 per family
Cash or card – donations optional but appreciated to help with venue hire, refreshments, and running costs.

The ARU Breastfeeding Support Hub is committed to supporting those who wish to feed their baby human milk. Running from our Cambridge campus, we offer free face-to-face lactation information, support and education to families in our local community.

Our Infant Feeding Support group is a free, drop in group offering breastfeeding and infant feeding support and information. Families are welcome at all stages of parenthood including expectant parents.

Come to our free and friendly groups for support and/or to socialise at any stage in your breastfeeding journey!

You're welcome to bring children of any age and supportive friends/relations/partners.

Pregnant families are very welcome also, it's a lovely way to prepare for a new arrival.

The cafe will be open for yummy refreshments!
