NCT Baby Café is a free drop-in, led by an NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor, which any parent or expectant parent can come along to for support with feeding your baby. When visiting a NCT Baby Café you can expect:

Come to our free and friendly groups for support and/or to socialise at any stage in your breastfeeding journey!

You're welcome to bring children of any age and supportive friends/relations/partners.

Pregnant families are very welcome also, it's a lovely way to prepare for a new arrival.

The cafe will be open for yummy refreshments!

There is lots of free parking on site at Freedom Church Cafe IP31 2RU.

A peer to peer support group for breastfeeding parents in and around Haverhill.

Providing free evidence based support to breastfeeding mothers in Newmarket and surrounding areas.

The Infant Feeding Team at Peterborough City Hospital offer 1:1 support up to 4 weeks after birth.

These sessions take place both at the hospital and at Otters Retreat. The days and times vary to accommodate need.

Cambridge Breastfeeding Alliance is a charity providing free breastfeeding support in the Cambridge area. 

We also offer free video calls and online support from our skilled breastfeeding counsellors.
